The Cochlear Implant Brain and Behavior Lab typically has a few positions come available each semester for UConn undergraduates to work in the Lab as research assistants. These students usually register for three credits of COGS 3589, PSYCH 3889, or SLHS 3299 (Independent Study) and spend about 10 hours per week working in the Lab.
Working in the lab is an excellent opportunity to gain research experience. Undergraduate research assistants generally assist the Principal Investigator and graduate students with experiment preparation, data collection, and data analysis. Some students, especially honors students or University Scholars, develop their own research project.
If you are interested in joining the Lab, please fill out the form below and we will reply to you shortly. We accept applications on a rolling basis for the upcoming semester.
